How It Works

Complete the short form below. You’ll be added to our trusted referrer list so we know who to credit when you introduce a new client.
2. Make a simple introduction
When you meet a landlord who needs property management or a renovation, introduce them to us on email or WhatsApp.
3. We onboard and manage everything
We speak with the landlord, assess their property, and — if there’s a fit — bring them onto our full management service or provide a renovation quote.
4. You get paid, effortlessly
After the landlord signs a management agreement and their property receives its first guest booking OR sign up for our renovation service, we send your commission.
