Our brief was straightforward:
Turn a much-loved but dated family holiday home in Lagos into a top-performing Airbnb and maximise income.
We cleared the old furniture, painted and redecorated, and our design team created a Mediterranean-chic oasis in the heart of Lagos.
Previously, the owners had charged €50/night for the whole villa.
After renovation, we could charge up to €600/night. The house sold out for the whole high season within 3 days of listing.
The owners got a complete return on investment within 4 months after all management fees.
