Complete the short form below. You’ll be added to our trusted referrer list so we know who to credit when you introduce a new client.

2. Make a simple introduction

When you meet a landlord who needs property management or a renovation, introduce them to us on email or WhatsApp.

3. We onboard and manage everything

We speak with the landlord, assess their property, and — if there’s a fit — bring them onto our full management service or provide a reno quote.

4. You get paid, effortlessly

After the landlord signs a management agreement and their property receives its first guest booking OR sign up for our renovation service, we send your commission.

  • Just send a three-way email or WhatsApp message connecting us with the landlord. No referral links or tracking systems are required.

  • Once the referred client signs a management agreement AND receives their first guest booking through Casa Oeste, we release the €250 payment.

  • If you refer three qualifying clients within 12 months, your reward increases to €500 per referral for the remainder of that year. It resets every 12 months.

  • No. Once you’re registered, you remain an approved referrer unless you request removal.

  • The payout always goes to the referrer who made the first introduction.
