  • No setup fees for Airbnb Management. The only optional cost is professional photography, (expect €100-200 depending on property) which we strongly recommend for best results.

  • We collect supplier quotes, agree budgets with you in advance, and manage all payments transparently. Our 10% management fee applies only to the confirmed project budget.

  • Not at all. Many clients start with management only, or indeed vice versa — though a renovation / redesign is usually ideal for maximising long-term rental returns.
